Pricing questions, answered.
Do you take a cut of commissions?+
No. You pay a flat monthly fee. Your affiliates keep 100% of what you set as their commission rate. Other platforms charge 5–9% of every commission paid; Cobalz never does.
What if I exceed my plan limits?+
We email you. You upgrade. We never silently disable your tracking or fail webhooks mid-month. There are no overage fees.
How long is the free trial?+
14 days, no credit card required. The Free plan is also genuinely free forever for stores under 25 affiliates.
Can I migrate from Goaffpro / Refersion / FirstPromoter?+
Yes. Bulk CSV import handles the standard 8-column affiliate export from any of the major platforms. Talk to us about white-glove migration on Growth plans and up.
Are payouts included or do I pay extra?+
No transaction fees. Mercury invoicing is included on all paid plans. PayPal Mass Payments and Stripe Connect are included on Starter+. Wise is on Growth+. Whatever the third-party charges (Mercury wire fees, PayPal fees, Stripe Connect fees, Wise fees) gets passed through; Cobalz adds zero markup.
How do I cancel?+
In-product, anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your data stays available for 30 days for export.
Do you offer a non-profit / education discount?+
Yes — 50% off Growth and Scale for registered 501(c)(3) and accredited educational institutions. Email team@cobalz.com.
What happens to commissions if I downgrade?+
Existing affiliate accounts and historical commission data stay intact. You may need to disable some affiliates if you downgrade below your active count. Downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period.
Is there an annual discount?+
20% off any paid plan when billed annually. Pick that option in the Stripe checkout flow.
