These Terms govern your use of the Cobalz Affiliate platform (the “Service”), operated by Cobalz LLC (a Wyoming limited-liability company, registered office: 1309 Coffeen Ave, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States; phone +1 (307) 443-6925; email team@cobalz.com). By signing up you agree to them on behalf of your organisation.
1. Account
You're responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old.
2. Subscription & billing
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds for unused time are not provided unless required by law.
3. Acceptable use
Don't use Cobalz to operate a pyramid scheme, run incentivised click fraud, spam affiliates, or violate applicable law including the FTC endorsement guides and the FTC Affiliate Marketing Rule.
4. Tax forms
Tax form collection (W-9, W-8BEN) and 1099-NEC export are provided as conveniences; you remain solely responsible for tax compliance and IRS filings.
5. Liability
The Service is provided “as-is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
6. Termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or pose a security risk. You can export your data within 30 days of termination.
7. Changes
Material changes get 30-days' notice via email. Minor updates are reflected here.
