    1. Share your branded signup link

    Every merchant gets a hosted signup page at /a/[your-slug]/signup. Drop the link into your store footer, your email signature, or a dedicated landing page. With white-label + custom domain, the URL becomes affiliates.yourstore.com/signup.

    2. Bulk-import existing affiliates

    Migrating from Goaffpro / Refersion / FirstPromoter? Their CSV exports drop straight into Settings → Bulk import. The 8-column schema is the industry standard: email, first_name, last_name, slug, coupon_code, paypal_email, commission_rate, parent_email. MLM lineage auto-resolves in a single upload.

    3. Approve in the queue

    Pending applicants land in Approval queue. Bulk-approve, or one-click approve with an optional message. We email them automatically.

    4. Auto-coupon on approval

    The default auto_coupon_on_approval setting generates a unique coupon code from the affiliate's slug + 4-char suffix and pushes it to WooCommerce / Shopify discounts. Customers who apply that coupon at checkout attribute to the affiliate even if they never clicked a tracking link.

    5. Engage with broadcasts

    Settings → Email campaigns. Markdown body, audience filter (all_active, tier, group, top_performers), unsubscribe-aware. Send a monthly "top performers" recap, holiday product drops, or commission-rate boosts.

    6. Watch the leaderboard

    Affiliates see their own rank + badges in their portal. Top performers get badges (ten_sales, hundred_sales, top_10_monthly, streak badges). Gamification, not gimmicks.
